We are also pleased to have Astraea sticking around as our creative consultant. We certainly could not be doing this without her and we greatly appreciate all of her help and support.
Staff would also like to thank Luna for all of her hard work in bringing the game back to life. Unfortunately, she has had to step down as our Goddess but we won't forget all she's done, thank you Luna! Additionally we would like to thank Arawn and Pheme for all of their hard work and dedication to the game and their respectic spheres.
Most MUSHes pay lip service to the idea of creating a game "for the players," but the staff at Aether would like to make this idea a reality. After all, a MUSH is nothing without its players. So while being a member of the staff can be a privilege, it is more importantly a duty. These duties include keeping in touch with the desires and needs of the players, responding promptly to requests and applications, maintaining the code and a stable site, and generally making sure the game runs smoothly and efficiently. This does not mean we will give the players everything they want and end up sacrificing the theme of the game, but we will do our best to integrate the players' wishes and needs based on what we believe is best for Aether.
