Welcome to Aether II!! After all this time, we have finally begun a new chapter in the life of Aether. We, the staff, would like to welcome all new and returning players. We hope that Aether will grow into as warm and as rich of a game as it was when it first opened. There are a few things you should note... We are not yet 'officially' open. Aether has changed quite a bit from its original theme. We are no longer set in Haven, but rather in the northern area of the Empyrean province of Edessa. AetherII is currently open to allow you to read the updated news files and get a feeling for the new theme of the game. You may find some small errors (spelling and format) in the News files. We're working on those and ask you for your patience. If you still see them there on May 14th, please feel free to inform the Staff at that time. Also, we are now twenty years into the future from the time that the original Aether closed. The year is 3929. Old players will have the opportunity to bring characters they loved from the original Aether into AetherII, provided they would logically fit the setting. We look forward to opening our doors and opening Chargen on the 14th. Please feel free to bring over descs and other materials from the original Aether.
